Keysight Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: KEYS) has unveiled an automated test solution called Keysight Inspector that’s aimed at fortifying post-quantum cryptography (PQC). Keysight obtained this new product as part of its recent acquisition of Riscure Security. With quantum computing poised to revolutionize complex calculations, conventional encryption methods face vulnerability. The new testing capabilities empower device and chip vendors to detect and rectify hardware weaknesses early in the design phase. Keysight Inspector now facilitates testing of the latest PQC algorithms, including Dilithium, selected by NIST, ensuring product security against emerging threats.

Dr. Axel Poschmann, VP of Product at PQShield, emphasizes the importance of early-stage verification. Marc Witteman, Director of Device Security Research Lab at Keysight, underscores the need for comprehensive testing amidst increasing adoption of post-quantum encryption.

Keysight will showcase live demonstrations of Keysight Inspector at booth 4418 during the RSA Conference 2024 in San Francisco on May 6-9, 2024. For additional details about this product, access the press release here.
