Postdoc and PhD positions in Quantum Information and Computation at LMU Munich
The Quantum Information Theory group led by Prof. Michael Walter at LMU Munich is inviting applications for several PhD and postdoctoral positions. We are looking for excellent and highly motivated candidates in all areas of the field, including: quantum algorithms and complexity, quantum information theory, quantum cryptography, quantum information in many-body physics and space-time, quantum programming languages and formal methods, mathematical and computer science foundations and connections.

In Munich, you can expect an excellent research environment in quantum information science, with the Munich Quantum Center, the Munich Quantum Valley, and the Cluster of Excellence Munich Center for Quantum Science and Technology, forming one of the world’s leading hubs for quantum research, with many activities to participate in.
