two postdoc positions in QIT @ U.Gdańsk

We are seeking two postdocs in quantum information and mathematical optimization
to work in the group of Felix Huber (https://huberfe.github.io/) at the University of Gdańsk.

The positions are part of the QuantERA projects SDPCode and ToDiQT
(https://quantera-sdpcode.github.io/, https://quantera-todiqt.github.io/)
and will benefit from significant exchange with the project partners.

Possible research topics are:
– bounds on quantum codes (LDPC, spherical, magic state distillation codes)
– randomized rounding algorithms for ground states, quantum codes, and tensor-networks
– device independent certification of quantun codes and error correction protocols

Applicants are expected to have a significant research record in a relevant field.
The deadlines for applications are 1 and 30 September 2026 respectively,
but later applications may also be considered.
