SoftQuantus is a European deep-tech company building QCOS (Quantum Control Operating System), focused on benchmarking, reproducibility, and operational reliability for quantum computing infrastructure.
We are opening a private investment seat associated with a European Board Member (Non-Executive) appointment for a qualified investor who can support long-term governance, strategic oversight, and institutional credibility.
Mandate
The European Board Member will:
Provide non-executive governance and strategic oversight
Support fundraising strategy, investor positioning, and market entry
Advise on EU-facing partnerships (industry, HPC, research, regulated sectors)
Strengthen institutional credibility for enterprise and public-sector adoption
Help enforce disciplined execution, risk management, and long-horizon strategy
This is not an operational role. It is a governance and strategic leadership role.
Investor Profile
Ideal candidates are:
European private investors, family offices, or strategic individuals
Experienced with deep-tech and long cycles (hardware, infrastructure, regulated markets)
Comfortable with board-level governance and confidentiality
Able to contribute network access to strategic partners or follow-on capital
Investment Structure
Private investment round (terms disclosed under NDA)
Board seat linked to investment commitment and governance fit
Standard European governance practices, including vesting where relevant, information rights, and conflict-of-interest controls
Full compliance with corporate and shareholder governance standards
Strategic Focus
SoftQuantus is developing:
QCOS: vendor-neutral quantum control and benchmarking infrastructure
Evidence-grade reproducibility and auditability frameworks
Certification pipelines for stability, leakage, and reliability
Hybrid HPC–Quantum operational workflows

Europe-based preferred. Board participation can be hybrid with periodic in-person sessions.
