PRESS RELEASE — Quantum Motion, a leading developer of quantum computers using industry standard CMOS transistor technology, has appointed Eva Flipse as director of marketing. Eva will be responsible for defining and driving the company’s marketing strategy, helping the company capitalise on the rapidly growing demand for quantum computing.
Quantum Motion’s systems are built around quantum processors that are fabricated using the same CMOS transistor technology that underpins the modern semiconductor industry. This unique approach enables integration into standard data centres and HPC environments, leveraging well-established supply chains to deliver scalable and upgradable systems. The company is actively ramping its engagements with partners, clients and the broader ecosystem to drive awareness of its scalable and commercially viable approach to fault-tolerant, utility-scale quantum computing.
Eva brings extensive experience building and scaling the marketing presence of growing technology companies operating at the interface of advanced hardware and manufacturing ecosystems. Most recently, she led global marketing at Qblox, working closely with industry partners and end users to position their control electronics as a key technology in the quantum computing stack. Prior to Qblox, Eva led global marketing and communications at Luxexcel, which joined Meta, supporting the company’s growth in augmented and virtual reality optics.
“Quantum Motion is driven by the conviction that the most viable path to a commercially viable and useful quantum computer – one that fits in a box, not a building – is through the use of the technology industry’s most ubiquitous building block, the silicon transistor,” said Hugo Saleh, president and CCO at Quantum Motion. “Eva has a strong track record of scaling technology brands in the market, and her strategic approach will help guide the industry’s adoption of our technology.”
“It’s exciting to join a company so uniquely positioned to deliver one of the most transformational technologies in computing history,” said Eva Flipse, director of marketing at Quantum Motion. “I look forward to working with the team to scale Quantum Motion’s marketing programs and showcase our scientific innovations.”
